Process implementation

Links During the course of developing a new or improved quality management system, new processes will be progressively implemented and audited to ensure that:
  • staff understand the process and procedures
  • the procedures interface correctly with other processes
  • improvement objectives are being measured and monitored
  • further refinements are introduced if needed
